I had a feeling that was what was behind the errors :) Figured though it was worth posting.....the trail took a major beating this winter. One thing we noticed is that in a number of edges on the gullies the trail is cracking badly. In two stream crossings we had to scramble up straight sloughed off edges (mud galore!) It is totally doable, just takes time.
I would say though that the downed trees and overgrown Vine Maple are worse than 7 miles of nearly solid snow!
