You have to have authorization first, then follow the instructions on the page. There are several tutorials on how to build a page in the field guide.

The Field Guide is on a different server than the rest of Portland Hikers, so it has it's own user database and logins. The Guide is built on wiki software, so creating and editing pages means learning  the subtleties of the software.
