All the ones that don't say Dave Wunische are Lynn Wunische.  If you get them mixed up, it doesn't matter; most of our shots are a group effort anyway.

This is my picture of Sahalie Falls.  I hope the resolution is high enough for you to use.

When it says, "There are no items in this folder, please choose another folder", am I supposed to keep clicking till I see the hourglass?

A little friendly competition is a good thing.  This whole web-site is prompting me to go out there and redo many of my old pix and try to improve on them.  I could send a picture for just about every trail on here, but most of them aren't worth posting except to have something till a better one comes along.  I was hoping my crummy picture of Greenpoint Mt. would prompt someone to get a better one on here.

Here's 3-Corner Rock.  You can just put Dave & Lynn Wunische or D&L Wunische.

Does anyone know the history of all those stumps?

Here's an unusual view of Tomlike Mt. with Hood in the background.

    Lynn,

Where exactly is the Tomlike picture taken from? Is it just a spot on the ridge or are you on a separate peak?

What do you suppose is around that next bend?

I could be wrong, but it is my understanding that the whole area is part of the Yacolt burn which happened in 1902. So perhaps that would account for the stumps?

    Navigator:

I remember now why the c&p didn't work.  Unless I enlarge it in my gallery, it comes out thumbnail size....

Open your gallery in a different window (right click on "my photos" button and select open in another window) Select the size of the photo you want then do the copy and paste.  That should work fine.

Here's an alternate method suggestiong you use Flickr or some other free photo sharing site.  Most people work in this way because the photo galleries on this site are a bit clunky

    Thanks for all the photos!!!!

Steve, we hiked over the top of Tomlike and down the north side a ways.  Then, when we turned to hike back over the summit, we say this beautiful shot of Tomlike's summit with Mt. in the background.

Meana, Thanks, that makes sense; I didn't think it was logged, since it was never replanted.  That Yacolt burn must have really reached far & wide.

Jeff, I don't have flickr; do they charge for that?

I'm about to go up to the pinnacles on Ruckle Ridge.  Hope to bring home some good pix.

Necktie Falls and Monument VP are both documented in Don & Roberta Lowe's book, "35 Trails of the Columbia Gorge."  Since there doesn't appear to be any picture of Necktie Falls on here, perhaps these could be used for the Top of Wahkeenah, Lower Necktie:

    Lynn,

If we can get you to click yes on the published box, it will make it easier for us to get your pics.

    Thanks for all the help!
