Here's an old photo of Green Point Mt.  Perhaps you could use it till someone comes up with a better one.

Here's a picture of Jefferson Park.  The credit should go to Dave Wunische.

Well, that's Lawrence Lake by Dave Wunische and my attempt at labeling my pix which obviously didn't work.  Oh, well, I'm getting more proficient little by little.

    Thanks Lynn!!

What are the lakes in front of Green Point and Jefferson?

What do you suppose is around that next bend?

Rainy and Russell respectively.  And I won't get my feelings hurt in the least if someone comes up with a better version of Green Point Mt. (But I think the Jefferson pic is pretty good)

Here's a pic from the upper Muddy Fork Crossing.

When your list says trailhead or junction, are you looking for a picture of the sign or a picture of the area?

This is a picture of the sign at the Pacific Crest-Paradise Park Loop North Trail Junction.  I also have pictures of the area which don't include the sign.

Is there a secret to loading these pictures?  I get them into my gallery OK.  Then, when I want to include one in a post, I click the little mt./sun icon and I get a "select content" screen.  Then I have to keep clicking that about a dozen times before I finally get the little hour glass which shows me it's working.  Is that normal?  Then I get a list of everyone's folders and have to go through it all again with my own folder to get my pix to come up.  Is there a shortcut?

Here's the same sign with a nice background but you can't read both sides of the sign.

I like your second picture with Mt Hood in the background, can I put that in the field guide?  If so, what name should I use for the photo credit

After clicking the mt./sun icon, click on the + in front of photos, wait an intolerable amount of time (if you impatiently click something things degenerate), then select your folder which is a pain to find but if you notice where the slider bar is for your folder you can get there pretty quickly, then click on your folder and again wait an intolerable amount of time, and it's straightforward from there.

Just remember to select a size, like medium, because otherwise it defaults to thumbnail, which I don't like so I have to delete it and do it all again.

Someone else will probably chime in with a better way using flicker or whatever : )

If you use internet explorer, you can copy and paste from your gallery.

Here's Paradise Park - PCT from the same trip, copying from my gallery

Wow, that worked (at least I see it on my PC)

I remember now why the c&p didn't work.  Unless I enlarge it in my gallery, it comes out thumbnail size which means I still have to open the folder and wait an intolerably long time.  Oh well, here goes with the PCT/Stebbins Creek Jct.

(It takes so long, I sometimes forget which picture I was trying to load. Smile )

In answer to your question, Yes you may use them.  All the pix I'm putting on this thread are for the purpose of filling in some of the missing pix you have listed, if you find any that are usable.  The Paradise pic and this one are both mine.
